Hi, Wanted to see if anyone out there is doing the workout DVDs from the PINK Method. I have been doing the program for a while and am on level 3. But its the only program i have done and don't have anything to compare it to. Anyone doing these DVDs? Any advice on how they compare to the other workout programs?

I've been doing the PINK Method DVDs for over three months. I've now lost all the weight but I continue to use the DVDs every so often for strength training. I think it provides a perfect workout for women. The exercises are designed to create long lean muscles, unlike most workout DVDs that are geared toward men. (P90x)
That said, I've also tried Insanity which is a little more intense. I much prefer the PINK DVDs because it gives me a little more of the toning that I need. Insanity will help you burn a lot of calories and you'll feel stronger but I don't think that's the type of workout I can continue doing for the rest of my life. PINK workouts work and you can continue doing them even after Phase 3 (when you go on Pink Preservation), just add heavier weights as you continue getting stronger. I combine that with cardio at the gym.0 -
