I'm really in need of some motivation. My love handles are by far, the fattest part of my body. I seem to have lost from everywhere but these suckers. Does anyone have before/after pics where you've lost a significant amount of love handle? I need motivation to help me realize they will eventually go away

I don't know how to post pictures but if you look at my profile pictures you can see the change, though they're definitely still there I'm having a lot of trouble with that area as well

I would really like to see some pictures too. My love handles are out of control, and they're the one part of my body that i absolutely hate! "once on the lips, forever on the hips"
