I have about 1.5 pounds of large, defrosted deshelled shrimp on my counter right now, and I need a new, HEALTHY way of cooking them.
I normally put them on a sheet pan, put some EVOO, salt and pepper on them, and then roast them. Then I just put them on some lettuce, and thats it. Any other ideas?

Anyone know how to make shrimp burgers? I'd love a recipe for that! TIA!

for a shrimp burger I would mash the shrimp up, add some seasonings, form into patties and cook them up

I cooked some similar to how you do last week with olive oil and lemon pepper, they were yummy. Normally, I stir fry them with some type of light sauce or put a light sauce on them like Myron's Ponzu or Tsukeyaki and then skewer them and grill them.
