How much better I'd be at doing the 30 day shred now that I've lost 44 lbs???

Guess I'll find out Monday!! Think I'm gonna do it! Again.

You should do a great job, especially if you have done it before. I did it at the end of last year. I am on day 19 right now and my knees did not hurt like they did last time.

I'm pretty excited! I haven't been this "light" ... or "lite" .. idk which... since I got pregnant with my now 3 year old. (I also have a 1 yr old) I am 186 and was 185 when I got knocked up for the first time so the lightest I've done the Shred at was like.. 200 or 198... I'm betting my stamina will be much better. I'm excited to start it monday!!
