what triggered my weight loss?

When I first started MFP in January the weight loss was slow going. I only lost 5 pounds through january and february. now, the weight is just falling off (we're talking a pound a day for the last week) and i'm not even exercising! (which I was in January and February) but I AM counting calories. I'm so confused!

Everyone's body is different. Sometimes the body calls your bluff on a new diet and doesn't budge... However after months of keeping at it, it will eventually get with the program lol. Congrats on the scale moving, keep it up!0
