I did my measurements last week. since last week i have begun to follow MFP recommendations based on my food/exercise. I have also been doing the treadmill every day and i got about 1.5-1.6 miles in 20-25 minutes....today i measured (out of curiosity) and i have lost 4 inches between my neck, hips (thats the biggest lost-i just had a baby 6 weeks ago so i dont know how that plays into it), bust, waist, calves, thighs, and arms. ...im just wondering...is that even possible? im trying my best to be consistant with my measurements, but it can be a challenge. i measured multiple times per location bc i was shocked at the difference...what are your honest thoughts? do you think im just not getting the same spot or do you think i could actually be loosing inches that quickly?

That is great! I think it's very possible! Measurements are hard to be consistent and to get the same spot. I struggle with it too, but I don't think that sounds too unreasonable. Especially right after a baby. Your body is changing and re-adjusting anyways. Keep up the good work!

varies from time to time for me. I tend to get wooshes so i'll see no progress for ages and then suddenly lose half an inch or more from somewhere. Just be patient.
