Hi all i Need Some Help On What To Eat, & Rotine I want To have A Fit & healthy Body For summer with a Female 6 pack Simmalar to a WWE Diva Body I have a Stanary Bike, A Jump Rope & Just got a 10lb weight vest I Gotta Do stuff at Home I also have Mild Cerebal Palasy so I gotta be careful on what Exercies i do I'm on 1200 cals a day is anyone willing to encourage please add me :) Thank You!!
