What is the best way for me to log....

I work at a home improvement store and this is our busiest time of year. I'm constantly moving around, running around, lifting things, and i work 6-8 hour shifts. I swear I'm probably burning 300-450 calories a shift from all the walking around i do. How can I log this in my exercise? Some suggested I get a pedometer that calculates calories burned. Has anyone ever used one?

Change your activity level to Active or Very Active. Don't log work. It's part of your daily routine and should be accounted for in Activity Level.0

you could just change your activity level to be higher than what it normally is for now. then when it slows down at work, change it back down. if that makes sense..0
