I'm in it to win it - are you?
There is no question that what we are doing is working, to the most part at least.
Day before yesterday I found myself thinking... there must be a lil extra I can do, specially something I can do during the day while I have to sit for 8 hrs at work... so i got me one of these -
Sits nicely under my desk, I can cycle while taking a break right at my desk. I don't know what the actual burn is so I count it as "Stationary bike, very light effort (bicycling, cycling, biking) - good 123 calories burnt for 40 mins... not bad...
I am curious as to what things other people have purchased or have started doing during the day that will allow them to get a lil extra?

I have one of those in my house. My dad uses it for therapy. Actually it collects dust at our house.. I may just have to bring it into work for a bit.. For a little extra, I take the stairs whenever possible. 5 flights up and down. By the time I get to the 4th floor, my legs feel like jello and its kinda hard, but I do it because its better than not moving at all for the entire day!0
