I suffered from a eating disorder for 8 years and am terriified to count calories and watch fat content. I am just so tired all the time and feel like a slob hiding in baggy clothing after having my three children, becoming a wife, mother, and foster parent and letting myself go. I have to do something, I just hope I can do it healthily instead of falling into that aweful trap of anorexia. :frown:

Welcome to the boards, Christina! I know there are a few women on here that are recovering from anorexia so you aren't alone. I think being self-aware is a big step in the whole process. Best wishes to you as you embark on your weight loss journey! :flowerforyou:
