yea, but the sugar free/fat free pudding is ludicrously high in sodium. I like to make mine with cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, unsweetened coconut milk, and canned pumpkin and/or white kidney beans! Sounds weird, but so Yum! Not only yummy but so GOOD FOR YOU!

I finally made this today. Yum! But I modified it a bit. I only used 1 tablespoon of pudding mix and about 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa., I also did not add any sugar substitute. Great when you want something chocolate!

I have never heard of dried peanut butter. Is that fat free? Where can I find it? Thanks

Check out the website for Bell Plantation. It will explain all about the powdered peanut butter, called PB2. I've bought several jars from them and also found a jar in one of our health food stores here in Dallas. It's great mixed in protein shakes, oatmeal, etc. It has 85% less fat calories than regular peanut butter.

What brand of almond milk do you use? The lowest cal almond milk I have found comes in at 78 cal per cup (250ml) ... Nice recipe. Thanks

I use Silk PureAlmond Unsweetened Vanilla. It only has 30 calories per cup. I find it in our local Kroger Grocery Store and also in the Walmart grocery section.
