I'm in pretty good shape - prefer strength training over cardio, but I joined a Flywheel studio (spinning) almost a month ago and have been working my *kitten* off and haven't really noticed a difference yet. So discouraging, yet I sweat so much and really enjoy the after-workout positive goodness that I feel! Please tell me I'll notice that all this exercising is doing something SOON!

It took me a good three months of working out before I really started to lose weight and see results. It was very frustrating and discouraging at times. That's when I was glad I had my cousin doing it with me to keep me accountable! Without her, I'm sure I would have quit. I also hit a plateau a few months ago - for about a month - but I just kept pushing myself b/c I knew eventually my body would adjust and the weight would start to come off again. It's been slow - but t least it's heading in the right direction and I love how great I feel after a good work out!0
