I am a Sales Person at Bell... I activate cellphones for a living. I work from 1-9 usually but I am a snacker... hummus and pita, pepperoni, jerky, cheese strings, fruit, veggies, leftovers from dinner the day before, crackers, salad kits (my favourite is the Salsa Ensalada kit) and bolthouse farms smoothies.

I am in Income Tax preparer from Jan-April and a dog trainer from May until December. Summers are easy because I do not schedule dogs at lunchtime, so I eat at home.

Since I am taking lunch now, it's almost always hummus, chicken breasts, tuna, Kashi crackers and romaine/light caesar dressing.

I'm a small business owner and I take my lunch to work with me. Lately I've been eating those Sunkist tuna pouches. I squirt a little horseradish or Tabasco sauce ( I like spicy stuff) right into the pouch and eat it like that. It's low cal and high protein. I also don't get a bunch of dirty dishes to clean up.

I work a desk job as a graphic designer and I am a senior in college. I eat every 2-3 hours to keep my metabolism up so I'm ALWAYS eating little things here and there. My faves are small snacking apples, any 300 calorie portion leftover from the night before, nuts, crackers, and soup are a few faves.

I am a Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement Peace Officer. I get very busy at work but no matter what I make time to eat often. Check out my diary if you like for what I bring to work! I am never starving at work and I eat a ton!

Snacks: hard boiled egg, cherry tomatoes or grapes, home made zucchini muffin, muesli bar, natural yoghurt with fruit.
Lunch: left overs or a salad. Today it's home made lasagne, two days ago it was tuna/apple salad with a cheese and vegemite sandwich.

I don't do "diet food" just moderate portions of the food I would normally eat. And less nutritionless junk (like cakes, biscuits, lollies, chips etc).

Im a restaurant cook....so I don't need to bring anything! I just tell my line cooks what I want for lunch today, and they make it. Usually...that means a nice big salad with some broiled chicken.

I'm a control room operator in a wood product mill. I monitor automated machines on computers and video screens.

We have a little dorm-sized fridge and a microwave, so my options are plentiful.

My current fave is taco salads...baked scoops, minced chicken breast, salsa, black olives, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, a little cheese and lowfat sour cream.
I also like teriyaki chicken, rice, and veggies. I pre-cook and freeze chicken breasts and brown rice in single-serving sizes. Grab a 4-5 oz. portion of chicken, a cup of rice, and a bag of frozen broccoli/carrots/cauliflower. Nuke the whole mess, and add a tablespoon of teriyaki wing sauce. Nom!
Fave mini-snacks: an apple, a carb-master yogurt, and a handful of almonds. Cherry tomatoes and sliced string cheese, tossed with oil/vinegar/italian seasoning. Cottage cheese and raspberries. (Trust me!) Oh, and Laughing Cow light swiss with reduced fat Ritz.
