Good morning ladies

I have been struggling the last couple days. I have not gone way over on calories but I have not worked out since Wednesday. Someone please kick me in the pants. I want to do it but I don't have the motivation.

I WILL START the C25K today after work since my DH will get home late, I hope that will get me rolling again.

    I went through a slump about 2 weeks ago. Thanks to the great people on this board I was able to snap out of it. I am sure you will too. Sometimes its just a matter of getting our head head motivated so that we can get our bodies there. Good luck with it!

    What is the C25K?

    C25K is the couch to 5K program. It is a jogging program that alot of people on this site use. I know Chrissyh is doing it so I thought I would give it a try.

    That is something I might want to try. I am wanting to start jogging or running. Not very successful at it yet.

    I am picking up my Wii Active here in the next hour. I can't wait to try it. I love me Wii Fit.

    Hey There - sorry I am so late....

    I love to Couch to 5k....I am on week 3 workout 3....it's a 9 week program. 3 workouts a week that gradually builds you to be able to jog a 5k - speed doesn't matter....it's been great! I really like it....

    You all should try it - check out coolrunnings.com (I think) on their page scroll down (don't download for $20) - it's on the page and it's free just print it off....I have weeks 1 - 4 timed so that when I am on the treadmill I don't have to think 3minutes....90 seconds, etc...

    jrgal - let us know what you think about Wii active. I like the Wii fit but it's more for fun doesn't get me going like I like to and I don't have the patients to keep on it and opening new stuff up....

    hi girls!

    not sure where everyone is today - but i wanted to check in! as of today, i am an official, employed indiana-er!! i started my new job today and i L-O-V-E it!!! the responsibilities are right up my alley and my boss and coworkers are a hoot! its so nice to finally ENJOY my work again!!

    unfortunately, with moving and settling in, we all know what was the first to drop down on the ol' list of priorities. i haven't gotten an official workout in since, um...like last wednesday. whoops! i've been keeping my eating in check, and plan on joining the Y here in terre haute....just give me a few days!! :)

    anyway, just wanted to say hi - pretty sure i wont hit the 30/40, but i'll keep trying to find some spare time.
