Hello, my name is Lindsay and I am new to the site. In the past I have tried losing weight on my own, by counting points, no carbs, and about every other trick in the book. I learned about this site while getting a pedicure tonight lol... so I thought I would give it a whirl! I hope to get lots of useful information, guidance, and support!

    Just remember the weight loss journey is a one day at a time. And it takes hard work, dedication and being responsible to yourself.

    This site has helped me so much to stay on track. I love it.

    Hi u will like this site...it works download to your phone too.track your calories ...it works..I have lost 10 lb in about 3 mths...including cheating now and again...good luck and stick with it
