understanding how important water is for your body

for many years I relyed on juice and pop for to quench my thirst.. the only time I had water is when I needed to take medication.. .. other then that it was juice ... pop.. since I started this program which has been at least 4 weeks.. I got little lazy and didnt log on .. but still went by my calories.. I now drink nothing but water... green tea.. my best friend is water.. I dont touch anything else... now since I have been drinking water through out the day I have been feeling alot lighter... I have been loosing 1 pound a week.. I weighed myself 4 days ago was 206.. and weighed myself this morning and I am now 205.. it seems since I have been drinking water I am loosing weight faster ... this is the first time for years have I had water to drink.. it was all that crappy drinks.. its amazing what water can do when u havent had water constantly for years... I am begining to understand more about how important it is to really eat better.. my habit was I ate more cereal then anything else.. it was all junk... its a wonderful feeling to wake up and make a nice breakfast and feel good... guess my eyes are opened to seeing what I put my body through for years... and my body is thanking me ...
