Ripped in 30 Question!

Hello, all! I'm thinking about doing Ripped in 30 again and this is the first time I'll be doing it since I joined MFP. I was wondering how you all calculated the exercise? Did you log it as circuit training? Just wondering if anyone has any advice! Thanks so much :)

    HRM is best, but i logged as 30 mins circuit and when i used my HRM was acutally about right.

    I just started ripped in 30 last night (and boy am I sore today lol) & logged it in as circuit as well. Glad to see everyone else is doing the same thing, so at least i know I did it right :P

    Circuit! A heart rate monitor IS best, but the number on MFP was pretty much correct for most people who measured both.
