starting over again...

I started mfp a couple of months ago and I did really well... at first. I worked out each morning before work and stuck to my 1200 calories faithfully. But then I got busy with work and kids and... life, and I just fell off the wagon. I just didn't have time to log my meals and exercise every day and after I'd skipped 2 or 3 days it just became easier to forget... which made it easier to not watch what I ate and even easier not to exercise. It's just so hard to stay motivated.

    It sure can, hun. I've only been here a lil over a wk, but am finding some amazing ppl. All we need is the proper support. Life does get in the way, but all we can do is get back on the wagon. Every day is a new day. If u want, feel free to add me.
