Third Time's the Charm?

Hello everyone :)
My name is Danielle, I'm 20,and I'm here to try to lose weight...again!

I originally weighed 178, lost 30 lbs and was down to 148. Then I gained it back and was up to 165. Lost it again and was down to 150, and I've went back up to 163...I need to get myself under control. this has been over a few months.
Also, dieting is a very difficult thing for me, as my mind tends to go straight from overeating to basically starving myself, to purging what I do eat...I'm trying to do this the healthy way for once...so some help and support would be nice!
My ultimate goal weight is anywhere from 90-105 lbs.
Feel free to add me and keep me motivated to exercise :)

    are you me? your weight yo yos sound so similar to mine haha i find that i HAVE to indulge every now and then, even if its only a small portion. when i go completely healthy eating it pushes me straight into binge eating all of the unhealthy stuff i crave.

    please dont purge :( its so terrible for you. how tall are you? your goal weight seems very low, i find that giving myself numbers that are soo far away (or seemingy) discourages me. make some short terms goals that you will be happy when you reach them?
