Have to start keeping log again...

I reached my target weight last fall, and thought that since I had developed better eating habits, I could stop logging my food. Not so! Even though I have been keeping rough calorie estimates in my head, it is so much easier to keep snacking when I know that I will not be writing down everything that I eat. Writing it all down makes me think twice before munching on something that I don't really need.

  • Tell me about it, I totally agree with you. There are some days I don't even log. I'm getting back into the swing of things now. Since Christmas rolled around I pretty much slacked off. I figure if I can't go to the gym or workout or what have you then I'm not going to keep track of waht I'm eating either. But I started again today and I'm sticking with it this time. Anyways good luck.
