Hi,
I was wondering if anyone's got any tips on how I could lose weight and tone up my tummy area as I've had spinal surgery and I can't do sit ups/stomach crunches without causing more damage.
I got myself a cross trainer which is really starting to work for my arms and legs, but I can't seem to shift the mummy tummy!
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
Kay
