Hi everybody! I am new to MFP but I am sooo not new to dieting/ exercising. I have been doing it ALL since i was in 4th grade (yes you heard me right. FOURTH GRADE). i have been "over weight and aware" all my life. i started w/ slimfast shakes as a kid, worked into hoodia pills, patches, alli, hydroxycut, hcg , dieting and excersizing. when i lose weight, i lose it QUICKLY but i only go down a max of 30lbs. then i gain it all back, even when i diet/ exersice harder. i went to the doc when i was 12 to have everything checked out (thyroid, hormones, ect) nothing was supposidly wrong. well i am 20 almost 21 NOW. and am "dieting" aka "lifestyle changing" YET AGAIN. i started at 282lbs (5 weeks ago). was at 266lbs (2weeks ago) now im back up to 270lbs (today). i doubt its muscle because im am strictly doing CARDIO (don't tell me its "bad juju" because i WILL strength train when im 1/2 way through weight my loss).

ANYWAYS.... i am feeling quiet disheartened and would LOVE some Motivational beforee and after pics (LADIES ONLY PLZ because i am NOT a man, therefor i do NOT need to compare MY weightloss to that of a MAN'S) no offense. :) and any tips / advice from ANYONE would be nice. THANK YOU! and plzzzz dont be afraid to "FRIEND ME" or look at my blog. (just started it today)lol

KEEP FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT! :-D
