Hi everyone, I'm Cocos_mum and I am brand new both here and to the concept of exercise! I am 33, a mum of 2, 5'4" and about 97lbs. I'm deff not looking to lose weight, but I am a weakling, and I'm just skinny with no tone, and I want to change that, plus my belly is a little doughy looking from having kids. I am a gym virgin, and though I do plan to join at some point, right now I'm thinking that P90x might be a good option, something I can do at home and get some confidence up. I am a mostly healthy eater, but I recently quit smoking, so I'd like to finally take care of my health and look a little better, honestly though, I would just like to look fantastic in a bikini. So now I'm going to try to figure out how this site works I have had many reccomendations to join here.
