Metabolism boost?

Suggestions on the best way to boost it?

    Build muscle by doing circuit training or lifitng weights! I lose about a lb a week but I'm still eating 2000-2200 most days. If I don't work out I usually eat less. I've never been able to eat like this and lose- not until i started building muscle! Good luck!

    Spices such as Cayenne pepper, chilli and cinnamon help rev up your metabolism, try adding them to food :)

    Also cider vinegar and green tea.

    I've been on a plateu for about three weeks. I upped by calories by 200 a day but eating metabloism boosting foods like; berries, strawberries and green veg. It's worked well for me this last week! Good luck.

    I agree with what the above person said. 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon or cayenne pepper per day ( I prefer cinnamon as it's easier to put in more foods). Or 2 Tbs Raw Unfilitered apple cider vinegar with the mother (try Braggs Brand) in water every day. Also three cups of green or oolong tea will help. Drinking coffee 30 minutes before your workout will boost metabolism as well.
