Diary/Exercise Diary Review?

Would anyone be willing to have a look at my diary/exercise diary and give me some pointers?

I started at 156lb after an accident that put me on steroids etc. I've since dropped down to around 135-139 (fluctuates). I exercise 4 times per week and try and do ab work outs/press ups etc every day. My work outs consist of HIIT cardio, strength training and circuit training. I seem to have hit a post where I'm just not losing anything - even though i've upped my work outs in the last few weeks.

I'm eating back at least 50% of my exercise calories.

Any advice would be good :)
