Quick kick start

Hi there, I needed a diet to give me a kick start. So my plan was to have 4 soup and 4 low fat yogurt, every day for two weeks, well I did that for 4 days and started adding fruit to my diet, then so Sunday I had a Sunday roast with 2 potatoes and a small Yorkshire pudding, loads of veg. I went swimming twice and had a packet quavers. I feel great and totally focused. My thought was that I have to have soup and yoghurt because I have been greedy and that’s why I am over weight. Now I eat sensible and you are gonna see a slimmer me ……… watch this space!!
