Help! What do I need for JM Body Revolution?!

I am going to start Jillian Michaels Body Revolution on Monday but can't find anywhere in the written material what size weights I will need. Does anyone know? Will 3 - 8 work or do I need heavier?

    Ok so I got my dvds yesterday and started the workout. My 5lb weights were just fine. You can use heavier if you like but even in the dvds she doesn't say how heavy really to be using. Its what you can handle.

    I like using 10s for most of the moves--start with the 8s and move up if you feel like you need a challenge!

    In her workout 2 video she says something like, "If you have 20s, use those. Someone loved these guys more than I do and we only have 8s. Just use the heaviest you have." for one of the exercises. So they have 8s at the most, and I assume 5s and 3s.

    I use 5s and 8s, but could go higher for things like chest flies, dead lifts, hammer curls, etc if I had them. You should be fine with 8s.

    ETA: Have fun!! I love the program so far! 9 days in and already seeing big progress!
