What's your favorite thing to eat for Breakfast that's healthy and gives you lasting energy?

Either my oatmeal which I eat at least 4-5 days a week. Or my egg white omelet. both are good!0

1 or 2 eggs scrambled with more veggies than you'd think possible to fit into the eggs... if i know i'm running then i add a slice of cheese to it.. and always top it with salsa... yumm0

i wake up every morning and have some oatmeal, i love it! i only started eating it like 2 weeks ago, before that i had never had it, (i was seriously missing out)0

Oatmeal with 1 1/2 scoops protein powder vanilla extract Splenda and 1/2 cup pumpkin...yummmm! Can even microwave it and it turns into "cake"!!0

I drink a protein shake every morning for breakfast. It's the only thing that keeps me full until lunch.0

I will have the flavored low sugar instant oatmeal, or an apple & a nutrigrain bar, or some LIFE cereal. I dont usually have time on weekdays to make eggs or anything like that.0

100 calorie english muffin with peanut butter and bananas
kashi go lean cereal with banana
egg whites scrambled with turkey bacon and whole wheat toast
vans lite waffles with turkey bacon and a little syrup/butter0 -
2 eggs, a couple tablespoons of guacamole, some bacon and pico. Yummy.
I also make a breakfast casserole with eggs, sausage, sweet potatoes and chilies. I usually make it on Sunday and it lasts all week.0
