The names Tiffany. I started my 'lifestyle change' on March 2, 2012. Through proper dieting and exercise, I have lost 15 pounds and still going strong. I don't have any inspirational reasoning behind my desire to lose weight, I just don't want to feel like crap every day. If you guys are tired of feeling like crap, befriend me and we will go on this journey together to eradicate all the crap from our bodies! ;)

    I joined MFP quite some time ago, but I never used it. I finally decided to get off my butt and just do it. haha Good luck to you, as well!
