Looking for diary feedback!

For the second week in a row, no movement on the scale! I am very frustrated. The only idea I can come up with is to eat more calories. If anyone has a moment I would love feedback on my diary. The week of Feb 27th I lost like 3.2 lbs...since then nothing really. Not sure what could have been different then.

    I would eat back some of your excercise calories, eat more protein and WAAAAY less sugar and you will feel fuller.
