Activity Level

This is going to sound like a really stupid question but can someone help me work out my activity level? I work at Starbucks and do 8 hour shifts 4-5 times a week. During my shifts i'm on my feet all the time - using the the till, making drinks and bussing tables, but on my days off I don't really do much moving around except for going to the gym 3-4 times a week. Does this make me have a sedentary, lightly active or an active activity level?

"Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)"

    That sounds like you.

I would say lightly active. But don't record your work as exercise, only record the gym as exercise.

If you say active, don't record your work or the gym as exercise.
If you say lightly active, record the gym as exercise.
If you say sedentary, record both as exercise.

(You'll end up with about the same calorie count, but some people prefer to eat the same calories daily, some prefer to have heavier food on heavier exercise days.)

I have been doing this  I just wanted to make sure I was in the right category.
