Good Morning Everyone,
Can someone please tell me what number I am suppose to be looking at when I complete my diary.
The Food number or my Net number? I'm trying to lose a few pounds. I get so confused. I want to do this right! I want to have energy while losing weight.
I workout everyday at least 60min I have recently add weights into my workout. (been feeling very hungry lately). Maybe, because of the weights don't know? Ya'll know how your(my) numbers all change for the day once you input your exercise number............so is my NET number the one I need to aiming for close to 1200 and forget about my Food number once I enter my exercise number???
P.S. I love to eat> Don't want to feel Beotch in the process> lol.

your calorie goal is what you need during the day...the net should match this because it takes into account the food you've eaten and the amount of calories burned...the food intake and exercise output take care of themselves in the program...the net is what you should look at and try and get it near the calorie goal0

Whaever is left at the bottom of your Food Diary ("Remaining") is how much you need to eat.
If the numbers go into the negative there, you will see red numbers. As long as they are green, keep eating.0 -

I'm 5"4 and I just want to get down to 130 pounds. Maintain and tone up. Haven't really done weights, but now that I'm doing them to tone up is when I'm feeling more hungry than usual. Some days I'm fine and am okay with eating a little and other days I'm starving UGH!! :sad:
I cant stand being deprived from food......am not a little eater like some gals (kudos to u ladies). Don't want to be running on low energy and being unsure......... wondering will I manage to lose if I eat more.......ya know, and of course without going into the RED number STOP!!
My mind fights the concept of eating more than 1200 cals NO MATTER WHAT in order to shed some pounds.
