Couch 2 5k

I just started couch to 5k and I'm unsure of what to enter the exercise as, because in the beginning you are running/walking in intervals.

If anyone is doing couch to 5k or has done it in the past, could you please let me know how you entered the info?

    Yay! Another C25K'er! I just finished the program on Saturday myself.

    Anyhow, to answer your question, I have an HRM so I just entered whatever cals it said. If you don't have one, perhaps you could use the interval or circuit training option.

    I enter cals from my heart rate monitor too.

    I am on week 3 workout 3...

    count up how many minutes you walked and add up the total amount of minutes you jogged and just type that in . . . if you type in walk it gives you options, brisk, 3.0 like walking the dog . . .etc.
