Not sure what to change up to get over the hump, I'm down about 30 pounds which is when I plateaued the last time I tried to lose weight and where I gave up. I see a lot of information on the forums I just don't know how to go about it. My diary is public you can take a look I was sick last weekend and didn't log but other than the odd day where I forget to log dinner I think It's pretty accurate in showing how I eat.

I know I've slacked on hitting the gym since the beginning of the year but I am trying to get back on the horse and also work on some simple circuit training at home that I've found inspiration for on pinterest(a new addiction o.o).

Help?

Today has turned out abnormal too. After no sleep last night I didn't get to eat until after I got off work at 4. I ate crap but not as much as I thought I would. I'm still nursing a sandwhich I would have plowed through most other days. >.>

Maybe I should set to maintain for a week or two to get my bearings and then head on...

Personally I'd cut out all fast-food all together. Based on your diary I'm guessing your sodium content is through the roof as well as sat. fat. Try to incorporated fresher food, you can prepare meals on the weekend to eat during the week. As an example I'll bake an entire sheet of chicken breast on Sunday so I have them available for meals during the week.

Now I know there's nothing "off-limits", but I've had great results by cutting out all fried foods and fast-food in general. You wont miss it after awhile. Instead of that 12 piece nuggets you can have a full pound of seasoned chicken breast for half the caloric value, while being 4 times the amount of food!

I eat at work because the food is free. I try balancing a bad item with good ones (fruit, salad or wrap, yogurt).
