wrinkles and bat wings _HELP

I've lost weight before but now I'm 55yo. I've lost 20 pounds and want to lose a total of about 80. I'm older now and I know skin loses elasticity with age but this morning I noticed that I already have a little bit of "bat wings" starting. You know those hanging flaps of skin underside the arms of some people when they lose a bunch of weight.
I've already resigned myself to finally looking my age. Since my face is heavy it fills in the wrinkles and I look much younger than many my age which was a plus. Losing the weight they'll all show.
Guess I'd better give up vanity to be healthy but the thought of bat wings really bother me though. I NEED to wear sleeveless in the summer. I can't stand to be hot.
I never watch any of the weight loss shows. Has anyone said anything about any vitamins or lotions or ANYTHING to help prevent/ minimize hanging skin? I could hide it anywhere else but my arms. And NO there's no way I'd be able to afford plastic surgery after I lose all the weight.

Unfortunately one of the "side effects" of big weight loss is that some people will have excess skin left from the process. No lotions, creams, massages, remedies orally etc. can do anything about it. It may reduce itself a little more over a year, but if it's significant, then the only option is to either accept it or surgery. Sorry.
