NO regretting MONDAY challenge!!

Ever notice how Monday everyone is writing how the weekend got out of hand and off track? Post here if YOU are going to make the COMMITTMENT that Monday is going to have NO REGRETS. Plan your your workouts out this weekend (time of day and what you are doing) AND PLAN your weekend meals. If you are heading to a party, make a plan ahead of time! This is a thread for the people who ARE going to be strong and focused because you KNOW that Monday is not forgiving.
I am going to do my Brazil Butt Lift workout at 2:00-2:45 Sat and Sun while my kids take naps. Might be heading to the in-laws and if we do I am eating a high protein meal before we head over so that I won't be tempted to snack on the regrettables. Sticking with my no Diet Coke mission and have my sprakling water here for my carbonation fix.
