I FEEL GOOD!

I just completed my first two weeks at the gym. Previously, I was working out at home on my own, but started getting bored and slacking off. I've been going 5 days a week, with a mix of cardio and weight training, and I feel soo good! I can see changes in my body already! I've only lost 1 pound, but thanks to MFP posts I'm sticking to it! Thanks to thosel of you who have been writing about how the scales won't always show it, but the tape measure will. I don't know why I didn't join the gym sooner. It's a great gift to myself!

    great job.
    just stick with it. everyone gets to a point where results slow down, but if you can avoid being short-sighted, you can make some great changes.

    Awesome job! Bet you are losing inches... While it's true that a pound of muscle is exactly the same weight as a pound of fat, they are NOT the same size! Congratulations on 2 weeks of improved living and I wish you great successes to come!
