Measurements???

This may sound dumb but are people taking their own measurements or having someone else do them for better accuracy? This is in reference to before and after measurements of course. THANKS! :)

    I do my own monthly. They do them once every few months at the doctor's office, and I get the same numbers they do. There are some nice diagrams online to help you know where to measure, just google it!
