Hi,

I've just joined the site.

I've already lost my weight - over 3 stone - so am now trying to maintain it. I did put another 5 pounds back on over Christmas and can't shift it, despite running for an hour every day :( but it may be that it's muscle, which weighs more than fat.

I look forward to chatting with other like minded people, good luck everyone, keep up the hard work :)
