Its been gum all along!!

I have been trying to figure out how I can stop my binge eating in the evening. Its always been my issue and what keeps me from losing weight recently. I had an aha moment last night because when I was done with dinner I put a peice of really minty gum in my mouth and the rest of the night I didnt have the impulsive urge to feed my face or cravings for sweet stuff. I know its small and this may only work for a short time but I figure it only take 21 days to break a habit so if for 21 days I can chew gum and learn self control at night the so be it.

    I'm a gumaholic. =) Drinking water instead or finding something to occupy yourself helps too.
