    hard fat on your belly could have been excess water weight, too. Heart doctor pointed that out to me on my first visit to him years ago, and after a week of very high doses of water pills and going to the bathroom every 30 minutes I lost 35 lbs of fluid. It wasnt all in my belly of course but at the end of the process my tummy was softer where before it was hard and tight. If you changed your lifestyle and removed a lot of sodium from your diet that could be part of it.

    Your tummy isn't the last place to lose weight if you eat a lot of protein and cut the carbs down to veggies only! It disappears almost instantly!:glasses:

    Oh how I wish this was true for us all! Sure hasn't been true for me after 14 months of low carbing and working out.
