I started MFP this week. Really am enjoying the tools on this site.
I could really care less about what my scale says. I'm just more concerned about my appearance. I have this huge spare tire hanging around my mid section and I NEED it gone! I'm so sick and tired of people asking me if I'm pregnant...I do have 4 kids and have always lost the weight easily, but since my last baby 8 mos ago *I lost that weight* I gained it all back and then some! I was on Celexa for 2.5 yrs and stopped taking it when I realized that it would slow metabolism. I'm doing good most days as far as stopping the celexa, it's been almost 3 mos without it.
I am eating within my calorie range and sometimes a lil less of what MFP says to. I'm working out about 20 min a day throughout the week. I'm not loosing lbs, but like I said, I want to lose inches. I took measurements of my body at the end of Dec, so I measure once a month. I have had slight loss, but not what I'm hoping for.
Thanks in advance for any advice or help.
