Well, I've finished one week and now realize how important exercise is. 1,400 calories go pretty quickly if you aren't paying attention. :)

I'm a 31 yo, mother of two (youngest is 9 months). Having two daughters has made me realize how very important it is to set a good example for the next generation. I don't want them to have my food hang ups and know that the best way to teach them good habits is to lead by example. So here I am, beginning my journey. Luckily, I've already lot all of my "baby weight", so now anything I lose is all me. :)

Is anyone else having problems eating all their carbs? Personally I was shocked. I LOVE carbs, how can I not be eating enough of them?

Anyways, seems to be a great site, I'm thankful to have found it.
