Im a 26 year old mom of 2. I have lost most of my weight but i am looking to lose a little more. I am also doing this for health reasons, i like to keep track of what food i eat and this helps me out big time! Sometimes i forget to eat, and i don't portion my food. I need to work on this. I also have to force myself to do the exercises, this is a big thing for me and i definatly need the motivation to keep up with this. I feel my heart weakening, for i was depressed for quite some time and did not do a lot of activity. I have Supraventricular Tachycardia condition. For any of you who don't know what that is, it is caused by faulty electrical connections in the heart, and during an episode of svt the heart can beat between 100-300 beats per minute. It's scary but very treatable. I just get scared sometimes if i overwork myself with the exercises i will have an episode, but at the same time im scared if i don't get my heart strong again it will happen! I used to be very active but i let myself down. I am slowly but surely getting there, i just need that extra push! You all seem so nice and supportive i am happy i joined
