Down a bit over 28lbs now... Honestly I really don't see much difference in myself when I look in the mirror, but I'm certain I'll notice it soon. So Darlene, my dental hygienist… she sees me walk in to the dentist office this morning and she kind of just stares at me for a moment of discomfort… I look at myself like my zipper is undone or something… lol

I say something like, “why are you looking at me like that, am I here on the wrong day or something?”. She says, “oh my god that IS you, Marc. You’ve lost so much weight – you look fantastic. ”.

She is now my favorite hygienist in the whole world! hahahaha
