Well, I am 34 years old, 271 lbs and almost at the point of desperation to lose weight. Gastric Bypass is looking like an option. I have been unable to lose any weight only gain for the last 15 years. I am now exercising with my family (walks and riding bike) and will be joining a local gym. I have did WW, Curves, and just counted calories, but I have always tried to do it without the exercise. My dr. says that is why I am failing to lose. So here I am---- short term goal, 20 lbs by July 11. I know it is high but so is motivation and I have been assured that the exercise will help mucho grande
