With just over 150 days of exercise & changing what and how much I eat (not dieting, educating!) I've lost 48 pounds and am in a "Normal" BMI range for the first time since 1985. What's even better is the drastic results from my May 2011 to March 2012 cholesterol levels just checked this week!

LDL - 123 (100-129 is "Near Optimal"), dropped 22
HDL - 58 (Over 40 for men is good, 60 or greater is "Optimal"), gained 11
Total Cholesterol - 192 (200 or less is "Desirable"), dropped 29
Triglycerides - 53 (less than 200 is "Desirable"), dropped a whopping 92!

(and yes, I need to change to a skinny picture soon!)

Awesome work! It's always nice to see the blood work; that in itself really shows how much healthier you are.
