So do I go by my body fat scale or measurement calculations?

According to my scale which has the electrical current thingy that measures body fat I'm about 35% body fat which is obese. According to the measurement calculations I'm 28% which puts me in the higher range of normal. If I go by my scale then to reach 15% body fat I need to way 96 lbs. I look very emaciated and ill when I weigh that much. According to measurements I should way 107 at 15%. I have weighed that much and am very thin but don't look like I'm dying from some disease.
I am shooting for 110 or so regardless of what any of these calculations say but I'm just curious which is more accurate. Am I really well into obese? I find that hard to believe since I wear a size 3.
