I just started using this today and I'm still trying to figure it out! I'm here because I need a little motivation when it comes to getting in shape. I just started doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred so if anyone has any feedback or can suggest any work outs that are 30 minutes or less, that would be awesome! Nice to meet you all!
