New to MFP

I just started using this today and I'm still trying to figure it out! I'm here because I need a little motivation when it comes to getting in shape. I just started doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred so if anyone has any feedback or can suggest any work outs that are 30 minutes or less, that would be awesome! :) Nice to meet you all!
