3/4 cup of Penne Rigate pasta equals how much cooked?

For some reason I can't find a definitive answer to this question, I've found on google anywhere from 1 1/2 cups to 3 cups. 1 1/2 cups make sense to me because a 1/2 cup of dry spaghetti equals 1 cup cooked.

sounds about right...good thing is if your a couple noodles off either way it won't kill you.

if you figure

1/2 cup uncooked = 1 cup cooked

then 1/4 uncooked = 1/2 cup cooked

3/4 cup uncooked should = 11/2 cup cooked..

and again, it's a couple extra cals either way, won't kill ya. (do an extra situp or something )
